BIM REAL ESTATE PROMOTION

SXD, using a digital model, creates media as a sales tool intended to facilitate the marketing and visualization of space to promote housing and offices. This interactive and simple tool not only helps the buyers in their decision-making and choice of furniture, but also the manufacturers for the follow-up and optimization of construction site, as well as the owners and the syndicates for the promotion of their spaces.

AUGMENTED REALITY

SXD, based on a recent technology, can realize a new kind of virtual experience in real space. Allowing the user to move through in the existing space while visualizing the proposed project on screen, overlapping the virtual on the reality.

VIRTUAL REALITY

SXD is making it possible to experience your project, anywhere, through the power of an immersive virtual reality headset. These tools enable Owners, Contractors, tenants to visualize and analyze and comprehend the different aspects of their projects from concept, Architectural Coordination, Space Planning, to finishes and furniture choices.

BIM MODEL VIEWER

SXD has developed a multi-platform BIM model viewer (PC+tablet) and a Revit Exporter. This user-friendly product with its easy to use interface includes the following main features: measuring tools, property based selection and display, task management tools, space planning tools, ect…

ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SOLUTION

SXD has developed a BIM/CIM oriented electronic document management solution.
Its 1.0 version is being deployed on the “BELVEDERE Bordeaux” CIM project. It will integrate a 2D/3D viewer and aims to integrate all the collaboration workflows of the project.

ON-SITE PUNCH LIST

SXD is bringing new evolution to BIM models. Integrated “ON-SITE WORK INSPECTION” our app lets you integrate meeting minutes, remarks, pictures directly into your BIM models for works progress monitoring and finished works monitoring. This creates an efficient and time-saving process for all stakeholders of the project and ensures a better quality control for the whole project.
